Chempro Aged Care is committed to providing the highest level of service and support in the provision of medication packaging systems and medication management. We are a specialised aged care department of the Chempro Chemist group servicing multiple facilities located throughout the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Northern NSW. Being a specialised aged care pharmacy we have the processes in place to provide the highest level of service to the homes and their residents.
At Chempro Aged Care, we pride ourselves on the personal and supportive approach in our provision of pharmacy services. We are caring, dependable, and dedicated to delivering the highest quality standard of service, whilst being a cost-effective option for the facility and its residents. Our specialised aged care pharmacist and dispensary technicians will develop an excellent working rapport with facility staff and other healthcare providers to ensure an efficient supply process of pharmaceuticals. We guarantee residents receive their medications promptly with a regular daily delivery service on Monday to Saturday and a 24/7 emergency on-call pharmacist and urgent delivery service.
Medication safety is of the utmost importance to us, and consequently, we have invested in the latest technology to provide aged care facilities with the most accurate medication Dosage Administration Aids (DAA). Our QUM services, including but not limited to a monthly educational newsletter and in-service presentations, will also focus on topics to improve staff practice and knowledge of medications.
